Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded business will interview county staff to understand how our current ERP system works, what capabilities are used, how our real-world processes interface with the software, and what processes may be better integrated into an ERP system. The assessment should evaluate our current workload, staffing and positions to determine what, if any, gaps we have, ensuring we have enough people in the right positions to make the project successful.
