Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide billing, collection, accounts receivable and reporting services to SFCFD. 2. Provide all resources required to provide the contracted services including, but not limited to, facilities, equipment, personnel, record security and materials. 3. Provide complete and uninterrupted flow of service via back-up systems and a Data Recovery Project Plan/System should a disaster occur. 4. Establish an interface between the SFCFD electronic reporting software so that reports initiated by emergency medical service (EMS) providers can be transmitted to the vendor. SFCFD currently uses Emergency Reporting software for electronic patient care reporting (ePCR). The SFCFD intends to consider other ePCR software in the future, and the vendor must provide reasonable assistance with the task of ensuring compatibility with selected software.
