Building of a 1499 square foot public health clinic. Building will include office, exam room, treatment room, nurse station, medication room, reception, waiting room, bathrooms, clean supply room, soiled supply room, janitor room, mechanical room, and vestibule. Clinic will be furnished and equipped with necessary medical equipment and facility furnishings creating a turnkey office for health care contractor/provider to provide basic health care services. Construction will meed NMDOH specifications as well as NM Construction Code specifications and will be ADA compliant.
