A new 5,000 square foot fire station facility, mixed use occupancy (B and S1), type
V-B non-sprinkled construction. The project includes earthwork, site utilities, site paving, concrete
foundations, erection of owner provided pre-engineered metal building structure and skin, thermal
insulation, hollow metal windows and doors, aluminum storefront entry door, light gage framing,
finishes, owner provided residential appliances and kitchen equipment, plumbing systems, mechanical
systems, electrical systems, telecom and security electronic systems.
