Summary of Specifications:
An approximately 6,700 SF Multi-Purpose Facility located at Moreno Valley High School in Angel Fire, NM. Shell construction is a combination of structural insulated panels and engineered wood frame over an insulated concrete form stem wall foundation. Exterior finishes include stucco, precast concrete wall panels and a standing seam metal roof. Interior finishes include painted gypsum board, wood paneling & ceiling, suspended acoustic ceiling systems, painted gypsum board ceilings, ceramic tile flooring and concrete floors. Electrical, lighting, HVAC and fire protection are included in the scope of work. Project includes construction of the Multi-Purpose Facility and associated site & infrastructure work.
