Summary of Specifications:
1. Construction must be accomplished over the Middle/High School summer break. 2. Base Bid: Renovate a commercial kitchen approximately 3,673 SF, including new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, replace doors and hardware, replace food service equipment, replace and upgrade water and sewer utilities, replace and add lighting & electrical power, reconfigure food serving lines, provide an accessible employee toilet, replace hot water heaters, replace kitchen hoods and upgrade electrical service equipment. 3. Bid Alternate No. 1: Add exterior site paving and a Covered Porch. 4. Bid Alternate No. 2: Add Dishwashing Equipment.
