Summary of Specifications:
1. Staff and Bus Parking Lot: Remove asphalt and concrete paving and install new asphalt paving, PPC drive-pads, header curbs, chain-link fencing, signage, pavement markings, motorized gates and site lighting. Approximately 40,000 SF. 2. Student Parking Lot: Remove concrete paving and install new asphalt paving, PPC drive-pads, header curbs, signage, pavement markings and site lighting. Approximately 25,000 SF. 3. Bid Alternate No. 1: Provide a Pre-Engineered Metal Carport. 4. Bid Alternate No. 2: Provide grading improvements to two (2) alleys, which include removal of gravel, placement of base course and tack coat and new PCC drive-pad.
