Work includes renovations and additions to an existing facility to house classroom, laboratory, offices, and support spaces for a new Health Science Center Facility. Alternates are identified in the proposal. Contractors may secure copies of the contract documents at Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc., Engineers Architects Planners, 4222 85th Street, Lubbock, TX upon deposit of $100.00 made payable to Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. Deposit is refunable.
