Summary of Specifications:
The City of Roswell is interested in contracting a professional licensed company to remove a specified amount of materials from the landfill. Materials must be handled and processed using environmentally safe techniques and procedures applicable to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Treatment should involve the most appropriate environmentally sound techniques available including but not limited to recycling, reclamation, re-refining, thermal treatment destruction, or placement within an industrial hazardous waste landfill. All materials must be manifested and properly transported to such facilities.
