Summary of Specifications:
The City operates both fixed-route service and demand-response service (also known as Dial-a-Ride) six days per week called RoadRUNNER Transit. Service hours are from 6:30 a.m. to approximately 7:10 p.m. Monday - Friday and on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to approximately 6:10 p.m. Currently there are twelve (12) fixed-route buses on peak service and thirteen (13) Dial-a-Ride vans on peak service. These service hours are subject to change at any time. Total vehicle inventory includes: Fixed Route buses (35’) – 16 Body-on-chassis vans – 21 and 2 on order 15-passenger staff vans – 2 Staff mini-van – 2 Staff sedans – 1 Maintenance pickup truck – 1 The intent of having this service is to ensure all vehicles are clean, inside and out, when placed into route service every day.
