Summary of Specifications:
The City seeks to establish indefinite quantity, indefinite cost contracts with a minimum number of employment agencies who furnish temporary employment services. During the twelve months preceding this proposal request, the City has primarily contracted for administrative support and general labor personnel.

The selected Contractor(s) shall provide temporary employees that are competent and capable of performing the necessary tasks generally associated with the job classification types specified.
