Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of the follwoing improvements:
Removals of structures and obstructions, earthwork, subgrade preparation, base course, plant mixed bituminous pavement, tack coat, prime coat, striping, signing, curb & gutter, sidewalk,drivepads, storm draim modifications, storm drain system, and utilities (sewer, water & gas).
The improvements will be done on South Main Street from Idaho Ave./Avenida de Mesilla to El Paseo Road/ Alameda Blvd.
