Summary of Specifications:
The City of Las Cruces (City) is soliciting bids to purchase 27 marked police cars. The units shall be police package-equipped 2012 Dodge Chargers or equal. Pricing shall be in compliance with the New Mexico State Price Agreement (SPA), 13-000-00-00047, specifications or lower price. The bid shall include pricing for the base police car, options, aftermarket items, radios and installation. The units shall be equipped with the equipment or approved equal. Pricing shall be in compliance with the New Mexico State Price Agreement (SPA), 10-000-00-00014, specifications, other governmental entities’ specifications, or lower price.
