Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms to provide accessibility ramps for mobile home owners in the most effective manner. The purpose of the Mobile Home Ramp Installation Program is to provide low- and moderate-income disabled individuals, who are owner-occupants of a mobile home and who, by reason of limited income and resources are unable to procure a ramp, access to their dwelling with safety and dignity. This program is funded by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development Dept., (HUD) under a grant awarded to the City.
