RFB-11-12-415 - Intermodal Transit Facility

Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of three major elements. The terminal building, the bus drives and related site work and the bus platform with covered seating area. The terminal building is a two story facility, with elevator. The terminal houses both public spaces and the Transit Department Operations. Public spaces include the Lobby, Public Toilets and Customer Service Counter. The Transit Operations includes offices, break room, conference room and associated support spaces. The exterior of the terminal is stucco and brick veneer with aluminum windows and translucent panel system as indicated on the drawings. The site work consists of concrete paving at the bus drives, loading platform and surrounding walkways. A 6' high concrete masonry sound wall will be constructed along the south property line. The site will be fully landscaped as shown on the drawings.
