Summary of Specifications:
The City of Las Cruces (City), a New Mexico Municipal Corporation, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in entering an agreement for chemical analyses of samples for the EPA Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule 3 (UCMR3). The agreement will be for a one year base period from the time of award for the required Water Supply System #NM3511707 Bi-Annual Sampling Plan. It is the intention of the City to qualify one EPA Approved Laboratory for UCMR3 Analysis with the purposes of this RFP as described herein.
