Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis will accept sealed bids from qualified weed cutting contractors for the City's 2007 Summer Weed Cutting Contract until Thursday, March 12, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. local time in the Office of Purchasing Agent at 321 Connelly, P.O. Box 760, Clovis, New Mexico, 88102-0760.
There will be a Pre-bid meeting in the City Hall Assembly Room (321 Connelly Street, Clovis, NM). This meeting shall be Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Only those contractors attending this meeting (or having qualified representation) may be considered for award of the bid.
