Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis is requesting proposals for exclusive rights to beverage/snack vending services for the City of Clovis and pouring rights for the Clovis Civic Center. Proposals will be in three areas:

1. Pouring and vending rights for the Clovis Civic Center. 2. Drink vending rights for the City of Clovis excluding Civic Center. 3. Snack vending rights for the City of Clovis excluding Civic Center.

Offeror may submit a proposal on all three areas or selected area. Proposals maybe combined to include all or some.
