RFP-09-0501-15 - Management and Promotion of the MainStreet Program

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis is requesting proposals from a non-profit organization for Management and Promotion of the MainStreet Program in the City of Clovis. Qualified firms should submit six copies of the Proposals no later than Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. MST at the office of the Purchasing Agent located at 321 Connelly, P.O. Box 760, Clovis, New Mexico 88101. Proposals will be reviewed and ranked in private by an Evaluation Review Committee. A recommendation will then be made to the Clovis City Commission for award to the most responsible Offeror whose proposal is within the competitive range and determined to be the most advantageous to the City of Clovis, based on the specific evaluation criteria. It is possible that the Evaluation Committee will request an oral presentation of your proposal.
