Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis is requesting proposals for administration of a Municipal D.O.T. Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. The program shall include assistance in preparing a comprehensive drug and alcohol policy. All required permission forms, employee and supervisor training, Substance Abuse Professional services, Medical Review Officers services, drug and alcohol initial screens and confirmatory testing, split specimen collections, split specimen testing at a second DHHS certified laboratory, drug and alcohol dependency assessments for positives, blind specimen program, post accident testing and consulting, and management information system reporting.
