Sealed bids for the Clovis Wellness Center will be received by The City of Clovis, NM 321 Connelly Street, P.O. Box 760, Clovis, NM 88102-0760 until 2pm (local time) Tuesday September 8, 2009. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at bid opening. All Bidders must be in current compliance with requirements for registration of Contractors and Subcontractors, according to the New Mexico Public Works Minimum Wage Act, for the Labor Enforcement Fund.
