Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis is seeking proposals from qualified management firms that are in the business of managing and operating public assembly facilities, to manage the Clovis Civic Center (“Center”). The management and operation of the Center will include planning, food service, organizing, promoting, directing, booking, marketing, ticketing, controlling, security, cleaning, minor facility maintenance and other similar related services customarily provided pursuant to a management and operation agreement. The initial term of the agreement to be entered into between the parties, will be for three (3) years, with annual reviews and the option to renew at the end of three years for an additional (5) years renewed annually, for a total of eight (8) years.
