Summary of Specifications:
Separate sealed bids for Industrial Track Line improvements, including construction of the earthwork, switches, track, and other miscellaneous items of work will be received at the City Hall by the City Purchasing Agent of Clovis, New Mexico until Local Time, 2:00 p.m., February 17, 2009, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each Bid Proposal shall be submitted in accordance with Section 2, Instructions to Bidders, of the Contract Documents.
Plans and Contract Documents including Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid Proposal, Form of Bid Bond, Form of Agreement, Form of Performance Bond, Form of Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents are on file and available for public inspection at the office of Lydick Engineers and Surveyors, Inc., 205 E. 2nd Street, Clovis, New Mexico.
