Summary of Specifications:
1) The City of Clovis will accept sealed bids from qualified weed cutting contractors for the City's 2010 Summer Weed Cutting Contract until Thursday, March 4, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
2) There will be a Pre-bid meeting in the City Hall Assembly Room (321 Connelly Street, Clovis, NM). This meeting shall be Wednesday, February 17, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Only those contractors attending this meeting (or having qualified representation) may be considered for award of the bid. The City of Clovis reserves the right to waive the Pre-bid meeting.
3) Contractor is responsible for providing the appropriate equipment and personnel for completed the contract. 4) Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting may be reason enough for rejection of a bid.
