Summary of Specifications:
These specifications are intended to provide bulk diesel fuel for the City of Clovis delivered to the landfill facility. The contract period will be for two (2) years, and for a period of four (4) years the City shall have the yearly option of renewal or soliciting new bids for a total of six (6) years. The profit margin per gallon will be negotiated at the beginning of each renewal term, and will remain in effect for the duration of that term. The City reserves the right to award to multiple vendors.
