INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
The City Commission for the City of Clovis is requesting sealed proposals as set forth on written formats to the Purchasing Department, 321 Connelly, P.O. Box 760, Clovis, NM 88102-0760 for the following:
RFP-12-0123-03: “BOND COUNSEL” RFP CLOSE: Thursday, MAY 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. MST
Complete proposal package can be obtained on the City of Clovis Website at www.cityofclovis.org. Please contact the Purchasing Department with any questions at (575) 769-7825.
A closed committee will evaluate proposals. The proposal information will become public once an award has been made in accordance with NMSA 13-1-28. Proposals will be reviewed, tabulated, scored and submitted to the City Commission for award at their regular meeting. The City of Clovis reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities.
