Summary of Specifications:
Separate sealed Bids for the construction of Water System Improvements including 10,250 feet of 6 and 8 inch PVC water lines, gate valves, fire hydrants, 200,000 gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank and appurtenances will be received by the City of Clovis at the Purchasing Office, 321 N. Connelly, Clovis, NM 88101 until 2:00 PM, Nov. 11, 2010 and then publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Assembly Room. Please mark bid packages with the bid number and the name of the company submitting the bid. A non-mandatory Pre Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 PM, Oct. 27, 2010 at the Clovis Municipal Airport Terminal Conference Room.
