Summary of Specifications:
1) The City of Clovis is requesting proposals for title search and abstract services for properties located within Clovis city limits. Qualified firms should submit six copies of the Propos¬al no later than October 6, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. MST to the Office of the Purchasing Agent located at 321 Connelly, P.O. Box 760, Clovis, New Mexico 88101. 2) Proposals will be reviewed and ranked in private by an Evalua¬tion Review Committee. A recommendation will then be made to the Clovis City Commission for award to the most responsible offeror(s) whose proposal is within the competitive range and determined to be the most advantageous to the City of Clovis, based on the specific evaluation criteria. 3) The City reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. 4) It is possible that the RFP Committee will request an oral presentation of your proposal.
