Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is seeking competitive sealed bids for Road Improvements to the Pecos Valley/Hagerman Subdivision. Improvements include, but are not limited to, linear grading, basecourse, straw wattles, and wash pad with primary goal of improving drainage in the area. This phase does not include chip-sealing or paving. Prospective bidders should attend a pre-bid conference which will be held at the Chaves County Administrative Center, County Manager’s Staff Conference Room, located at #1 St. Mary’s Place on July 21, 2010 at 10:00 P.M. Specification and plans can be obtained through Occam Consulting Engineers, 200 E. Fourth Street, Suite 100, Roswell, NM 88201 phone 575-623-8402. There is a $25 refundable deposit required per set. Bids will be accepted by the Chaves County Purchasing Director at #1 St. Mary’s Place, Roswell, NM 88203 until 2:00 PM MST, August 5, 2010, at which time all bids will be opened publicly.
