Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County desires to obtain proposals for the lease of approximately 7,500 square feet of building space for the storage of voting machines. Through the award of this RFP, the County will enter into a term contract with the successful offeror for lease of space for an initial period to begin on or about April 14, 2003 and go through June 30, 2004. Such term will have the ability for up to three additional one-year term renewals.
