ITB-09-3 - Removal and Installation of Carpet and Tile

Summary of Specifications:
The County has received funds from the State of New Mexico for improvements to Chaves County JOY Center building. The building is located at 1822 N. Montana in Roswell, NM. The project includes removal of existing and installation of new carpet and cove base (approximately 967 square yards) in multiple rooms throughout the building. In addition, approximately 495 square feet of existing carpet shall be removed and replaced with 12”x12”x1/8” vinyl composition tile (VCT). There will be a pre-bid conference held at the project site (1822 N. Montana, Roswell) on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 2:00 PM. It is highly recommended that anyone interested in submitting a bid attend.
