Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is hereby seeking competitive price-based sealed bids for general construction services for a new building for the Chaves County JOY Senior Center in Hagerman, NM. The JOY Centers have received funding through appropriations from the State of New Mexico for this construction, and Chaves County is the fiscal agent. The building is approximately 3,600 square feet (base bid) and includes offices, a kitchen and cafeteria area.
