Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is requesting proposals from qualified offerors to provide professional engineering and material testing services for the Chaves County Courthouse Renovation Project. Requested services contained in the following Scope of Service include (but are not limited to): Chaves County Courthouse renovation, demolition of a portion of the existing building and construction of new building facilities. The original contract period will be from November, 2002 through October 2003, with the option to renew the contract for up to (3) three additional one year or partial year terms.
