RFP-02-3 - Prisoner Meal Services for Chaves County

Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is requesting proposals for the provision of furnishing food services, seven days per week, and program support services for an approximate average daily population of 175 adult inmates, and an additional 14 juvenile inmates housed in a separate juvenile detention facility. The Juvenile facility operates under the National School Lunch Program, National School Breakfast Program, and snack provisions. The successful offeror will provide food services for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for four (4) additional one (1) year periods on an annual basis as mutually agreed to by the Chaves County Board of Commissioners and the Contractor.
