Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a concrete slab and to furnish and construct a turn-key pre-engineered metal building at the Chaves County JOY Senior Center, located at 1822 N. Montana, Roswell, NM 88201. The work of the contract shall be to design and prepare building permit drawings and construction of an 30' x 40' x 12' metal building, to include foundation, concrete slab and electrical. The facility will be used for warehousing and storage. There is no plumbing required. Trim shall be standard with brown/tan roof and walls. The Contractor will be responsible for all dirt work and for provision of electrical service
