ITB-03-7R - Metal Building for District 8 Volunteer Fire Department

Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County desires to procure(1) new metal building for the District 8 Volunteer Fire Department. The site for placement is located at the Roswell Correctional Center on West Chickasaw Road in Chaves County. The building is intended for use as a volunteer fire station, to be used primarily for the storage of fire suppression vehicles, equipment, tools and other related items. Recommendations for modifications to the plan are acceptable, subject to acceptance or rejection at the discretion of Chaves County. Because the station is located at the Roswell Correctional Center (RCC), specific security requirements are required for this job. A copy of RCC’s Security and Use of Premises policy is included with this packet as Exhibit “A”.
