Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is currently seeking formal, price based sealed bids for various Janitorial Supplies. Bids will be awarded based on lowest responsive price per item and may be awarded to multiple vendors or to one vendor as a whole, whichever is determined to be in the County's best interest. Award will constitute a price agreement for which orders may be placed for an initial year, with the option to renew annaully for up to three additional one year terms.
