Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County desires to procure the construction, or the purchase and installation, of one (1) new metal building addition to the Rio Felix Fire Station. The site for placement is located at 2194 Felix Canyon Road in Chaves County, Flying H, NM 88339. The building is intended for use as a volunteer fire station. The work in this contract consists of the site work, foundation, concrete slab, metal building, overhead doors, pedestrian doors, interior buildout of the office/training room, and includes framing, attaching sheetrock and painting interior walls, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling system for the above described room, heating for the truck bay, and paving.
