Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County desires to procure the construction, or the purchase and installation, of one (1) new metal building for the Chaves County Sheriff’s Department. The site for placement is located at 207 East Hobbs, Roswell, NM. The building is intended for use as a storage facility, primarily for the storage of the Sheriff’s Crime Scene Command Post, and potentially for other equipment, tools and related items. The pad will be prepared by the County. Work in this contract consists of the foundation, concrete slab, metal building, overhead sectional and walk-through doors. There is no interior build out.
