Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is soliciting competitive sealed bids for General Construction Services for interior/exterior building improvements. The County is the fiscal agent for funding that has been awarded by the State of New Mexico to Tobosa Developmental Services for various improvements to their existing facilities. There are two facilities located on the site at 110 E. Summit, Roswell. The Administration building (North) is approximately 9,776 total square feet in size and the Los Pasitos Learning Center building (South) is approximately 5,580 total square feet in size. Bid includes interior and exterior improvement work at both buildings.
