Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is requesting proposals from qualified offerors to provide professional engineering design, project inspection and material testing services for the Pecos Valley - Hagerman Subdivision Road Improvements Project. The project is located in southern Chaves County, approximately 1 mile southwest of the Town of Hagerman. The envisioned project scope is to improve approximately 6.4 miles of substandard roadways, to include grading, shaping and compacting the native soils, grading roadside drainage ditches, installing culverts at driveway s and intersections, importing a six-inch layer of compacted base course gravel, then surfacing the roadway with a double penetration chip seal.
