Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Review of insurance policies and contracts to ensure adequate coverage. 2.Establish selection criteria for carriers and JIFs, evaluate proposals for coverage adequacy and provide coverage recommendations.3.Identification and analysis of risks arising out of current and future operations. 4.Preparation of specification for quotations. 5.Loss control and safety review services. 6.Review of appraisals of physical assets to determine proper insurable values, limits required and special terms required. 7.Review and analysis of loss information from current and prior insurance companies and presentation of findings to appropriate parties. 8.Review of contracts for insurance compliance. 9.Preparation of all certificates of insurance, automobile identification cards and other required documents within 24 hours of each request. 10.Participation in ongoing meetings with district staff to review losses, safety recommendations, government regulations, insurance requirements, etc. 11.Provide comprehensive claims management services including notification of appropriate carriers, coordination of emergency services, updates on claim reserves and payments, review of responses from carriers an JIFs, assistance with Title 59 procedures and with any other claim related needs
