Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide 3 regularly scheduled service calls per month by factory trained technicians to include both facilities. Inspections will be made during regular 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday service hours without labor charge and may include minor repair or replacement of defective parts provided it does not interfere with the completion of the PM inspection which shall include inspections, calibrations and repairs to enhance performance, prevent breakdowns, reduce energy consumption, extend equipment life and ensure safe and satisfactory operation. All parts needed will be installed with prior facility approval and shall be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), supported by warranties in compliance with the appliance manufacturer or the parts supplier; or parts which have been fabricated by specifications provided by the manufacturers equipment design engineers. The County has the option to purchase and provide materials for any necessary repairs.
