Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Complete an in-depth review of all relevant site-specific documents including previous reports, correspondence, data, and other documents to determine the current status of the investigation and/or remediation for each of the Monmouth County regulated sites.Submit Open Public Records Act requests to local, State, and Federal agencies and departments to access and review files. Conduct inspections to assess site conditions. B.Identify any steps needed and potential data gaps that need to be closed to bring the sites into compliance with applicable requirements including, but not limited to, annual reporting, permitting, public notification, mandatory and regulatory timeframes.C.Assist Monmouth County with developing site-specific goals, project plans and schedules, and remedial action strategies to address affected media. Provide technical advice, recommendations, and cost estimates to Monmouth County as needed. Assist Monmouth County with any response to any administrative or enforcement action. D.Perform environmental assessments of various properties for demolition and/or due diligence purposes. Identify any potentially contaminated Areas of Concern (AOCs) using historical document reviews, visual inspections, geophysical methods, and Open Public Records Act (OPRA) requests. E.Ensure that each site’s investigation and remediation are completed in accordance to applicable NJDEP regulations, requirements, guidance, and standards and that the sites are remediated in a timely manner.
