NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by mail or in person by the Purchasing Agent for the Morris County Park Commission on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

PARK MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT
Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Wednesday, May 24, 2017, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10% not to exceed $20,000).
Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
