The County of Morris, Division of Mosquito Control requires the purchase of a GIS-based data management software application that supports all aspects of mosquito control including but not limited to: inspections/treatments of fixed larval inspection sites, recording insecticide usage, managing and performing residential service requests, and implementing storm drain treatment plans. The system must be ArcGIS compatible and able to develop routes and store orthoimagery for off-road work. An essential function for this software is the ability to interface directly with JerseySurv and MosquitoNet systems used by the NJ Department of Health, and CDC respectively for laboratory surveillance. This includes larval and adult collection sites, species identification, site population counts, and disease surveillance data.
The County requires that the managers be able to view the system on a desktop while field operators use the system on a Samsung Galaxy TabS4 with the ability to have Verizon cellular capabilities.
