Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant shall have a thorough understanding of the processes, configurations and technical aspects of the PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 and HCM 9.2. The Consultant will have a working knowledge of Kronos, Workforce Central 8.x, Infor EAM v11.4x, HighJump Release 12.x/13.x/Korber 1, and Aurigo Masterworks 12.2. 2. The Consultant shall have functional expertise without reliance on client functional resources for core product functions and processes. The Authority should be able to access vendor functional experts in a timely fashion. 3. The Authority will provide the Consultant’s staff with VPN and Financial/HR System access to appropriate environment. The Authority will provide the Consultant with description of issues and access to technical and functional resources as needed but not to explain basic functionality.
