Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The work of this agreement consists of performance of authorized Electronic Security Support Service Provider HDP to various Essex County Buildings, 2. Only the Essex County Engineer or his/her authorized representative may authorize and direct the contractor to perform services. 3. The Contractor shall provide the appropriate manpower, tools, equipment and materials to successfully complete each work assignment. 4. The Contractor shall agree to provide services during the normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Overtime hours are 4: 30p.m.to 8:00a.m. weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays and/or as authorized by the County. 5. The Contractor is required to be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week and shall respond within eight (8) hours of notification for normal work assignments and within two (2) hours for emergency assignments. 6. Products and technologies part of this contract includes access control, closed circuit video surveillance, alarm point monitoring, intrusion detection, intercom systems, and personnel and package screening (including x-ray and metal detection devices). 7. Payment for all work performed under this contract shall be made on claim forms provided by the County of Essex. The quantity of work performed during normal working hours for which payment will be made, will be the number of normal man-hours actually performed at the site and the materials actually used. 8. Time for traveling will not be paid. The quantity of work performed during overtime hours of which payment will be made will be the number of overtime man-hours actually performed at the site and the materials actually used.
