It is the intent of this Contract to be an On-Call Contract. The Contractor shall respond to sewer lining repairs as directed by the Authority as needed. There is no guaranteed amount of work to be performed under this Contract. All bid form quantities are approximate. The project involves a 1-year repair contract to perform the ON CALL COMBINED SEWER CIPP LINING REPAIR work. The contract is intended to provide the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority (OWNER) with a sewer lining program capable of being implemented to repair varioussegments ofthe combined sewer system. In general, the projects implemented under this contract will be CIPP lining repairs of sewers ranging in diameter size from 8-inch to 96-Inch and at various depths depending on existing conditions. The repair project will be located in the Authority’s service area which consists of The City of Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey. Sewers to be repaired will mostly consist of combined sanitary/storm sewers ranging in size, length, depth, material, and shape. The CONTRACTOR shall be prepared to complete all work regardless of project site size for the unit prices bid.
