The scope of work shall include the following: Distech Automated Controls Upgrade ● Install new control cabinets with licensed EC-Bos-9 and Lon network interface module at the Municipal Building and Public Library. ● Search Lon networks to identify existing controllers and build databases for each location. ● Add/ program alarms and trends to applicable points ● Provide new end user interface, including floor plan layouts and geographical depiction of mechanical equipment. ● Provide training for the applicable Borough of Metuchen staff on the new interface. ● Provide an 18-month Software Maintenance Agreement for each EC-Bos-9. ● Equipment Specifications EC-Net Supervisor Platform Requirements ● Processor- Intel Xeone CPU E5-2640 x64 (or equal) compatible with dual and quad-core processors ● Memory- 4GB or greater memory ● Hard Drive- 500 GB or greater hard drive ● Display- Video card and monitor capable of displaying 1024 x 768-pixel resolution or greater ● Network Support -Ethernet adapter (10/100 Mb with RJ-45 connector) ● Connectivity- Full-time high-speed ISP connection for remote site access, (i.e., T1, ADSL, cable modem)
